Velocity Truck Centre Canada, formally known as First Truck Centre, has an exciting opening for a Shop Labourer in our Lloydminster AB location. Working on the front line with our customers, the Shop Labourer will contribute in one of Canada's best managed companies.

Responsibilities

• Upkeep of shop tooling, shop equipment, and general maintenance.
• General building repairs.
• Daily shop clean up.
• Assist Mechanics with repairs as required.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly shine maps.

Qualifications:

• Desire to have a career as a Mechanic / Heavy Duty Technician.
• Strong Mechanical aptitude.
• Strong willingness to follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Proven ability of maintaining a clean and organized workplace.
• Self-starter and able to work independently.
• Ability to work in a physical capacity including heavy lifting and using hand tools.
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Minimum of a High School Diploma.
• Valid Class 3 Driver's License is an asset.
